The range of grocery, chilled, frozen and non-food products is 800 products-strong, covering basic ingredients, such as allergen-free bouillons, or finished products like handmade cakes, pre-portioned for convenience. Whether it’s launching new lines or tweaking existing recipes, Country Range are constantly evolving products and its range to meet your changing needs and demands, as well as responding to the latest food trends.

Paul Dickson (pictured), is the group’s Development Chef. With over 30 years’ experience throughout the foodservice industry, he understands the challenges facing our catering customers. With the Country Range Group, and using the latest insight trends, he develops exciting menu solutions that fit every type of customer outlet.

Country Range Policies:

  • Our products do not contain genetically modified (GM) ingredients.
  • All hydrogenated fats are to be removed from our products and shall not be used in the development of any new products.
  • We’re working to meet the voluntary targets set by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) for the sodium salt contents of specific foods.
  • We are working with our suppliers who use palm oil towards sourcing this material from sustainable managed sources that do not cause such damage to the environment.
  • We’re committed to meeting the FSA and Department of Health initiatives on reducing the nation’s intake of excessive sugars and fats.
